This award recognizes the chapter that maintains the most outstanding chapter history in a scrapbook.Scrapbooks will be judged and awarded at the National Convention/Conclave.Print off three copies of this form and bring them with the scrapbook to the Registration Table at the National Convention/Conclave.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: June 30
Chapter scrapbooks will be judged based on the following criteria:
Content/Organization (50 pts) – The scrapbook should display a variety of photos and other items (e.g., flyers, banquet programs, accessories) in a neat and orderly fashion. Each individual page should be arranged in a manner that is not overly distracting or cluttered. Captions should be used to describe the various activities throughout the book. Care should be taken to only display items that are consistent with the values and standards upheld by the Sorority.
Creativity/Neatness (25 pts) – The book should incorporate interesting layouts, shapes, graphics, colors, stickers, etc. to provide interest and variety. The creative aspect of the book should enhance without distraction.
Diversification (25 pts) – The scrapbook should reflect the chapter’s activities for at least one year. The book should reflect the chapter’s promotion of the agricultural industry and demonstrate the group’s activities in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, professional development and sisterhood.
