Meet the Chapter Consultants

The Sigma Alpha Chapter Consultant program exists to:

  • Offer consistent and timely delivery of Sorority services, resources and communications.
  • Provide a consistent and timely review and evaluation of chapter activities for compliance with the Sorority’s mission, objective and policies.
  • Support, mentor and guide collegiate chapter officers in the performance of their duties.


Sierra Talley

Chapter Consultant for: Kappa, Lambda, Xi, Alpha Iota, Alpha Rho, Alpha Phi, Beta Epsilon

Sierra is a recent graduate of Colorado State University, earning her Bachelor's Degree in Equine Science with a minor in Business Administration. She is currently enjoying her free time traveling as much as she can and spending time with her yellow lab, Aspen, in the wonderful Colorado scenery.

Katie DeCoite

Chapter Consultant for: Delta, Upsilon, Omega, Alpha Epsilon, Alpha Tau, Beta Delta, Beta Zeta

Katie DeCoite is a graduate from California State University, Chico, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business and a minor in health and wellness. Katie served as president and secretary at Alpha Iota chapter, where she and the other chapter members helped positively impact their community in northern California. Currently, Katie is pursuing a career in viticulture in Napa and Sonoma Counties.

JaymeLee Ewing

JaymeLee graduated from Virginia Tech in May 2016 with a degree in Animal Science and minors in Agribusiness Management and Scieneering: Science, Technology and Law. She is from the beautiful mountains of Virginia. While being an active member of Pi Chapter, she served as both treasurer and president. JaymeLee is currently a Management Trainee for Smithfield Foods, with her first placement being in Wichita, Kansas.

Megan Lutrick

Megan graduated from Tarleton State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Animal Science and Biology in May of 2013. She served numerous roles during her collegiate career, including President of the Alpha Zeta Chapter. Megan currently works at Stephenville Medical and Surgical Clinic as the Team Lead in Health Information Management. She is an active member in her community as well as an active alumni with Tarleton State and Sigma Alpha. Megan and her husband, Josh currently reside in Stephenville, Texas.

Christina graduated in May 2015 from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri, with a degree in Agricultural Science and concentration in Agricultural Business. As a member of the Omicron Chapter, she served as President and Sisterhood Chairwoman. Christina recently relocated to Bentonville, Arkansas, with her husband, Taylor. When not working with the chapters in region five, she enjoys spending time outdoors with sisters, friends and family.

Jade graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Agricultural Education from Southern Arkansas University, where she served as a charter member, vice president and philanthropy chair at Beta Rho Chapter. Jade is now working as a teaching/research assistant in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, while pursuing a Master’s in International Agricultural Education, a program that calms her insatiable travel bug! When she isn’t working with the LSU College of Ag/AgCenter or helping chapters, you can find Jade on a coffeehouse patio, feeding her inner foodie or listening to live music.

Samantha Anderson

Chapter Consultant for: Theta, Pi, Chi, Psi, Alpha Upsilon, Beta Theta

Samantha is a proud graduate of Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. From 2012-2013, she served as president of Alpha Upsilon Chapter. Currently, Samantha is employed as the Upper South Regional Director for Turning Point USA. When not discussing why she loves capitalism, Samantha enjoys offshore fishing with her father and adding to her vinyl record collection.

April graduated from the University of Delaware in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Agribusiness Marketing and Management. She served Alpha Kappa Chapter as Second Vice President and represented Sigma Alpha as both founding member and Public Relations Chair for the Special Interest Greek Council. When she is not feeding her love for food and cooking, April works as an Order Fulfillment Specialist for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals..

Katie Oliver

Chapter Consultant for: Beta Omicron, Beta Rho, Beta Sigma, Beta Tau, Beta Xi

Although she currently lives in Blacksburg, Virginia, Katie calls Bowling Green, Kentucky, home. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, where she majored in Agriculture and Chemistry. While at WKU, she became a charter member of the Beta Sigma Chapter. She is currently working on her Master’s degree in beef cattle nutrition at Virginia Tech.
