National Convention

The main event every year is the National Convention. It is here that sisters meet others from across the country and share in professional development events and sisterhood. In 2012 the National Convention will be held in Omaha Nebraska from October 11 - 13. 

Leadership Seminars

Leadership is one of the four pillars of Sigma Alpha Sorority and as such we have partnered with Alpha Gamma Rho, a social/professional fraternity, to provide our members with an opportunity to hone their leadership skills and network with others interested in advancing agriculture.

Awards & Scholarships

As a professional organization, Sigma Alpha has many opportunities to recognize their members achievements and continued pursuit of their educational goals.

Ag in the Classroom (AITC)

Sigma Alpha's national service project is Ag in the Classroom (AITC). AITC is a national program that educates elementry school students in the classroom using hands on activites. Agriculture effects every aspect of our lives, not just the food we eat but the roads we drive on and clothes we wear. Sigma Alpha members work with elementry students this message so that they are enpowered to spread it to others.
