Sigma Alpha Staff

The Sigma Alpha Sorority relies on a large groups of volunteers, along with three outstanding women who serve on the staff of the organization.

Joan Rogala

Joan Rogala joined Sigma Alpha Sorority as their Managing Director in 2011. She attended the University of Louisville in Kentucky where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance. In 1995, she started an association management company to offer complete headquarters management and administrative services for professional fraternities and their affiliated charitable entities. For twenty-five years, Joan has served as chief staff executive for a variety of professional Greek organizations in disciplines of business, medicine and pharmacy. Along the way, Joan achieved her credentials as a Certified Association Executive (CAE), a distinction she has maintained since 1997. She later went on to complete more than 90 hours of classroom instruction for a second professional credentials program through the US Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organizational Management (IOM).

Joan currently serves as President of the Professional Fraternity Executives Association and is a proud troop leader for Girl Scouts of America. She lives in Muskego, Wisconsin,  with her husband, Edward, and four children. With her family, Joan enjoys bike riding, boating, snowmobiling and camping. She has also been known to scrapbook on occasion, and once jumped out of a perfectly good airplane.

Kelly Jo Osentoski

Kelly Jo has played an instrumental role in the Sigma Alpha Sorority as the Administrative Assistant and Database Manager. She helps with all forms, applications and documents that chapters are responsible for submitting. She works in concert with the National Sorority Board to ensure all materials are shared with chapters in a timely fashion.

Kelly has been a great asset to this organization. She keep our records intact, sends reminders, proven the phrase “sister for life” and helps to remind not just the members but the leadership team when, what, why and how we do things. She works hard for the membership, the pillars, the mission and the networks. Without her, that “glue” would not be as strong as it is today. 2011 marks the 10th year anniversary of serving Sigma Alpha Sorority as our Administrative Assistant and Database Manager.
