Every year the Sigma Alpha Foundation is dedicated to giving out scholarships and grants for Sigma Alpha Sorority members and chapters in support of their educational, professional, and leadership endeavors.

2019 Leadership Seminar Registration Scholarships

Scholarship Amount: $145
Who Can Apply: 1 per Sigma Alpha Collegiate Chapter

In an effort to help as many chapters as possible attend a 2019 Leadership Seminar, the Sigma Alpha Sorority Educational Foundation is offering 67 scholarships to Sigma Alpha collegiate chapters who send at least one representative to one of the following a 2019 Leadership Seminars:

February 1-2, 2019 (Oklahoma City, OK)
February 8-9, 2019 (Salt Lake City, UT)
February 15-16, 2019 (Richmond, VA)
February 22-23, 2019 (Indianapolis, IN)

Number of Scholarships: 67
Scholarship Amount: $200
Who Can Apply: 1 per Sigma Alpha Collegiate or Alumnae Chapter

In an effort to help as many chapters as possible attend the 2019 National Convention in Scottsdale, AZ, July 18-21, 2019, the Sigma Alpha Sorority Educational Foundation is offering up to 67 scholarships to Sigma Alpha collegiate and alumnae chapters who send at least one representative to the National Convention.

Professional Development Grants

Number of Grants: 4
Grant Amount: $500

Who Can Apply: Sigma Alpha Collegiate Chapters, Alumnae Chapters and Individual Members

The Sigma Alpha Sorority Educational Foundation and Monsanto encourage every Sigma Alpha Sorority Collegiate and Alumnae Chapter to enhance the professional skills of its collegiate members so they may obtain successful careers in the food, fiber and natural resources fields. To meet this goal, the Sigma Alpha Sorority Educational Foundation will provide funding to qualified chapters and individuals to help support educational programming in all areas of professional growth and development.
